Go to the LEAVE MODULE in the sidebar, click the Leaves dropdown menu, and select Apply. Click the Apply Leave button, choose your Leave Type, select Full Day or Half Day, specify the Start/End Dates, fill in any required tracking fields (like alternate coverage personnel or emergency contacts), and click Preview & Submit to route it for approval.
Navigate to the LEAVE MODULE, click the Leaves dropdown menu, and select Request. This opens a data table showing all pending requests from your team. Click View on the specific request row to view the duration and reason, insert any evaluation notes, change the status field to "Approve" (or "Reject").
Under the Leaves dropdown menu, you will see options for Emergency Requests and Alternate Day Requests:
Emergency Requests: Used for logging urgent, sudden leaves that bypass standard prior notice workflows.
Alternate Day Requests: Used when an employee works on a weekend or public holiday and requests a compensatory day off in return.
Go to the Settings dropdown menu and select Leave Workflow. Here, admins can create multi-tiered approval paths by roles (e.g., assigning a request to route sequentially through Level 1: Team Manager, Level 2: HR, and Level 3: Admin) and rearrange their priority using the position arrow layout buttons.
Expand the Employees dropdown menu. Click on All to access the complete list of personnel records, or select Managers to explicitly review, map, and organize reporting heads and their structural teams.
The Settings dropdown menu provides structural system configurations, including General settings, Attendance management guidelines, Leave Workflow maps, financial Tax Rule setups, and Device Integration properties for linking external biometric hardware.
Click your name or avatar bubble located on the right side of the platform’s top navigation bar. A contextual menu will drop down providing access to four strategic areas:
My Profile: Inspect your operational profile dashboard.
Edit Profile: Modify personal details and biographical parameters.
My History: Track historical modifications regarding your internal organizational shifts, assigned Departments, Designations, and underlying salary adjustments.
Sign out: Securely terminate your active browser session.
Go to Leave Module > Leaves > Request to review a curated datatable of requests from individuals within your designated team. Click View on a row to review the full modal breakdown, including the contextual reasons provided, duration details, and prior workflow history. You can insert personal evaluation notes, toggle the status select field, and click Update Status to execute an Approve or Reject action.
Set up via Settings > Leave Workflow, this maps the multi-tiered sequencing needed for an employee's leave request approval cycle. For example, a single leave type can be routed sequentially through Level 1 (HR), Level 2 (Manager), and Level 3 (Super Admin). Admins can prioritize or rearrange this sequence dynamically using the up/down Position Arrow Buttons next to each workflow entry.
ound inside the Manage Leaves interface, this option completely wipes active leave allocations and re-calculates them globally according to your defined Default Leave settings and Leave Policies.
Located under HR Controls > Leave Policy, this configuration governs employee eligibility criteria based on tenure milestones (e.g., setting Casual or Medical leave eligibility to unlock exactly 6 months after joining, or Earned leaves after 18 months). Defining this automates the bulk assignment of leaves accurately without needing manual individual adjustments.
Go to HR Controls > Default Leave. Here, you can define annual baseline allowances for various leave categories—such as Casual (e.g., 10 days) or Medical (e.g., 14 days)—and set their system status to Active. You can also introduce completely new buckets using the Add New Leave Type button.
Under the Attendance Module, select Daily Task and click + Add Task. Employees can log their daily task status, outline key progress updates, and review their history inside the dynamic Task Report panel. Admins or reporting managers can oversee these records using the Task Report option under the main Reports dropdown.
Go to Attendance Module > Attendance > Sheet. This opens the "Attendance Sheet for Selected Period", allowing you to search by worker name and filter by month/year to see clear indicators for Present (P), Late (Late-Xm), Early Leave (Early-Xm), and Holidays (H). Data can be exported immediately to CSV, Excel, or PDF format.
After logging into the dashboard, go to the Attendance menu dropdown and choose Check In/Out. Review your location details, select your assigned Client environment, type in any contextual comments in the Remarks input box, and hit Submit inside the right-hand panel modal.
Navigate to Settings > Attendance from the sidebar menu. Under General Configuration, you can toggle the Attendance Module on/off, assign the regional Attendance TimeZone (e.g., Asia/Dhaka), determine default modes, and enable specific policies like Home Office Attendance, Client Side Attendance, and Flexible Shift Attendance. Can biometric attendance hardware be integrated? Yes, hardware devices can be linked via the Device Integration menu options.
If no specific Access Role is assigned, the user will only receive baseline system privileges, restricting them to basic self-service features such as managing their own attendance and submitting leave applications.
When managing an employee's profile settings via the off-canvas side panel:
Legacy/Profile Role: A classification flag (such as Employee, Manager, HR, Admin, or Department Head) used strictly for organizational recognition. It does not control granular platform access permissions.
Access Roles: The actual system roles directly linked to the Role Management configuration. These define the exact functional access and permissions an employee has in the system.
Go to the Roles Permission page in the sidebar menu and click the + Add New Role button. Provide a custom Role Name, click Expand All to view granular controls, toggle the specific checkboxes/permissions you want to grant (e.g., Role Create, Role Update, Company Settings View), and click Create.
When configuring the system, a default [Company Name]-Super Admin role is automatically created. This role inherently holds all system access permissions and cannot be edited, modified, or deleted.
Click on the top bar search area or press Ctrl + K to trigger the Global Search functionality. This allows you to search globally across Menus, Employees, Emails, Designations, and other entities instantly.
Navigate to LEAVE MODULE > Leaves > Apply. At the top of the My Applications card, click the grey 📅 Alternate Day button. This allows you to claim or apply for compensatory time off earned by working on a regular holiday or weekend. You can monitor your historical submissions under the Alternate Days tab on the same page.
Navigate to LEAVE MODULE > Leaves > Apply. Click the red ⚠️ Emergency Apply button located next to the standard application button. This bypasses normal advanced-notice rules for sudden, unexpected absences. Past emergency submissions can be tracked under the Emergency Leaves tab.
Navigate to LEAVE MODULE > Leaves > Apply. On the right side of the screen, locate the 📄 Leave Balances widget. This panel displays a real-time breakdown of each Leave Type (e.g., Casual, Medical, Earn), your exact Remaining Days, and a summary breakdown of your Applied Status Days split into Pending, Approved, and Rejected metrics.
Navigate directly to the main Dashboard page from the sidebar menu. The platform aggregates and highlights upcoming employee birthdays in a dedicated community widget on this main landing page, making it easy for team members and managers to track and celebrate upcoming milestones at a glance.
